About The Position

Ecolab Purification Technologies, a global leader in resin-based separation and purification solutions, is seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Account Executive to drive business growth across pharmaceutical, life sciences, and industrial markets. In this role, you will manage and expand a portfolio of customer accounts while identifying and closing new business opportunities through a digitally enabled sales approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of experience in sales within technical, chemical, or life sciences industries
  • Proven success managing customer accounts and delivering on revenue targets
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field preferred)
  • Experience in ion exchange, separations, or technical solution-based selling
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing and negotiation experience
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
  • Experience managing pipelines and closing complex opportunities
  • High level of initiative, urgency, and results orientation

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts (70%) while expanding share (30%)
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across targeted markets
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure and renewal
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven prioritization
  • Deliver compelling value propositions by connecting technical solutions to customer needs
  • Partner closely with field sales, applications, and cross-functional teams to drive customer success
  • Execute pricing and negotiation strategies aligned to business objectives
