About The Position

Join our team at the Hazelwood, MO location where you'll receive advanced training on our world-class inserting equipment. You will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot the insert machine to ensure the production of accurate work in a timely manner. Conduct quality checks and perform other tasks based on workload requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience operating High Speed Inserting machines.
• Ability to stand for 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
• Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often.
• A high school diploma and/or equivalent military experience.
• Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
• Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.
• This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• 3+ years of experience operating inserting machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of insert machines manufactured by Pitney Bowes and Bluecrest.
• Adapt and multitask as production volume changes without advanced notice.
• Conduct quality checks to verify that inserted materials are accurate and separate any damaged mail.
• Stage materials after job run for warehouse pickup.
