About The Position

This role offers a starting range of $77,000 to $95,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations. We are seeking a Regional In-plant Manager for our customer sites on the west coast. The Regional In-plant Manager will be a liaison between INX, the in-plants, and the customer.

Requirements

• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Have excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension and math skills
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite (MS Office) programs and other computer skills
• Demonstrate good organizational skills
• Be able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
• Have the ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs

• Have previous experience in the ink industry

Responsibilities

• Inventory control, both INX and customer owned.
• Supervising in-plant employees at multiple locations.
• Lead in-plant start-ups and closures
• Coordinate PTO for employees.
• Travel and visit in-plant locations in multiple states.
• Perform audits
• Evaluate new customer locations for installations.
• Administrative duties related to in-plant operations
