About The Position

This is a leadership opportunity at Cleveland Area Hospital in the Cleveland Area (OK) to help build a brand-new hospital. The role involves influencing care delivery, program development, and team culture. The Inpatient Therapy Manager will lead a collaborative inpatient/swingbed rehab team, deliver 1:1 patient-centered care, partner with nursing, providers, and leadership, drive quality initiatives and program development, and help design workflows in a newly developing facility.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Oklahoma (or eligible)
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Passion for rural healthcare and community impact
