Inpatient Social Worker
About The Position
At St. Luke’s, the Behavioral Health team strives to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture and deliver exceptional patient experiences. The Inpatient Social Worker works with inpatient, Canyon View, and emergency department populations. The role completes psychosocial assessments and plans of care for identified patient populations, provides interventions and goals as indicated by those plans, and delivers crisis intervention services to patients, families, and staff. The position includes five 8-hour shifts with a weekend rotation, intensive onboarding and training, and cross-coverage ability. It is sign-on bonus eligible.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work.
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
Responsibilities
- Complete psychosocial assessments and plans of care for identified patient populations.
- Identify and provide interventions and goals as indicated by the plan of care.
- Provide crisis intervention services to patients, families, and staff.
