About The Position
This position is for an Inpatient RN Operating Room Scrub role at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. The role is 90% FTE and involves working from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm. The position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000. Additional compensation components may include evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois and required certification for respective nursing departments.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
Nice To Haves
- Prior completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program with related experience or successful completion of Scrub RN competency (Internal Northern Illinois Program).
- ACLS preferred (American Heart Association).
- Perioperative Nurse Certification (CNOR) preferred.
