About The Position

UW Health is hiring an Inpatient RN NICU to work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital, 1401 E State St. The position is 90% FTE, with a schedule of 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. No minimum work experience is required. The RN must obtain NRP by the end of orientation, STABLE certification within one year, and RNC certification within three years of hire. The role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The posting notes a potential sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 and shift differentials of $4 per hour for evening shifts, $5 per hour for night shifts, and $4.25 per hour for weekend shifts, as applicable. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
Provide a copy of a high school diploma or equivalent, or the highest level of completed degree obtained.
Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
Obtain NRP by the end of orientation.
Obtain STABLE certification within one year.
Obtain RNC certification within three years of hire.
No minimum work experience required.
