About The Position

The Inpatient RN NICU works at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, Illinois. The schedule is 90% FTE, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. No minimum work experience is required. The role requires current Illinois RN licensure and specified life-support and neonatal certifications, including NRP by the end of orientation, STABLE within one year, and RNC within three years of hire.

Compensation may include a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000, shift differentials for applicable evening, night, and weekend hours, and overtime and on-call pay. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
• Provide a copy of a high school diploma or equivalent, or the highest level of completed degree obtained.
• Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
• Obtain NRP by the end of orientation.
• Obtain STABLE certification within one year.
• Obtain RNC certification within three years of hire.
• No minimum work experience required.
