About The Position
This position involves working as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medical Surgical unit. The role is 90% FTE, with a work schedule of 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, requiring every other weekend and every other holiday. The position is located at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
Nice To Haves
- Specialty certification in area of concentration.
- 9th Floor Only: ACLS certification within two years of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a Medical Surgical unit.
- Work every other weekend and every other holiday.
- Adhere to a 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shift schedule.
