About The Position

This position is for an Inpatient RN in the Neuro Med Surg unit at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. The role involves working a 90% FTE schedule, with shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, including every other weekend and every other holiday. The position offers competitive pay with additional compensation through shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend work, as well as potential overtime and on-call pay. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.

Nice To Haves

Specialty certification in area of concentration.
For 9th Floor Only: ACLS certification within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care on the Neuro Med Surg unit.
Work every other weekend and every other holiday.
Participate in on-call duties as applicable.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
