About The Position

This position is for an Inpatient RN in Emergency Medicine at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. The role involves 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, working every third weekend with rotating holidays. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
• Provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
• Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
• ACLS (maintain) within 6 months of employment.
• PALS (maintain) within 6 months of employment.
• CPI within 6 months of employment.
• ENPC within 18 months of employment.
• TNCC within 18 months of employment.
• ECRN within 18 months of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Specialty certification in area of concentration.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Emergency Medicine department.
• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
