About The Position

As a full-time Inpatient RN, the role involves working 7a-7p, with three 12-hour shifts between Monday and Friday, and one 8-hour Saturday shift per month. This is a safety sensitive position where the nurse delivers personalized comprehensive care through the nursing process, combining therapeutic use of self, innovative technology, and collaboration among patients, families, and health care professionals. The Inpatient RN is also responsible and accountable for providing leadership to non-licensed staff by prescribing, delegating, and coordinating medical-surgical nursing care for optimum patient outcomes. Requirements

• Current Oklahoma or multi-state RN license
• Current BLS
• Completion of ACLS certification within 60 days of hire
• Knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current nursing practices that are unit/age specific
