Inpatient Registered Nurse RN - ECB/As Needed
About The Position
The ECB Inpatient RN will work as needed, with an initial requirement of part-time or full-time hours for orientation. After orientation, a minimum of 24 hours per month is required, with opportunities for more hours if desired. The first week of orientation will involve Monday - Wednesday, 8-hour shifts. This position qualifies for shift differentials. The inpatient registered nurse holds a safety sensitive position and delivers personalized comprehensive care to patients through the nursing process, combining therapeutic use of self, innovative technology and collaboration among patients, families and health care professionals. Responsible and accountable for providing leadership to non-licensed staff as demonstrated by prescribing, delegating and coordinating medical-surgical nursing care for optimum patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current Oklahoma or multi-state RN license.
- Current BLS.
- Completion of ACLS certification within 60 days of hire.
- Knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current nursing practices that are unit/age specific.
