About The Position
We are recruiting for a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to reliably serve patients at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO. This is a Full Time position. Experience true work/life balance with flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules. Perform 1:1 direct care in client homes. Requirements
- Active and current RN license
- One year of clinical experience preferred
- Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospice experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you!
Responsibilities
- Visit a variety of clients in the hospital, and possibly in-home-Performing assigned duties, including care coordination, consultations, evaluations, discharges, procedures and comfort care.
- Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
- Performing client assessments as necessary.
