The Certified Pharmacy Technician, is responsible for assisting with all aspects of pharmacy business provided in hospital, cancer center, and home care pharmacy. Skills and training may be varied depending on the specific services provided within each entity. Decisions are made in collaboration with a pharmacist. This position may provide direct patient care and has access to patient and financial confidential information, non-controlled and controlled drugs and certain hospital funds.
