About The Position
The Inpatient Pharmacist provides established pharmaceutical services in the inpatient pharmacy. The work schedule is 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week), with the possibility of accommodating a lesser FTE (down to 0.5 FTE - 20 hours/week) for the right candidate. The schedule includes Monday through Friday daytime hours with weekend and holiday rotation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree
- Registered Pharmacist with a current Wisconsin licensure
Nice To Haves
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Minimum of one year hospital pharmacy experience
