About The Position
Promotes positive patient outcomes for patients and families of ProHealth Care utilizing pharmaceutical care. The pharmacist incorporates and demonstrates clinical skills and customer service strategies in order to achieve the organization’s goals.
Requirements
- Pharmacist License required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Nice To Haves
- EPIC Healthcare experience preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Omnicell, KitCheck, CPM (medication carousel) and Pharmacy Keeper experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Utilizing pharmaceutical care to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Incorporating and demonstrating clinical skills and customer service strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Working primarily first shift with some second shift requirements.
- Staffing every third weekend.
- Staffing both central and decentral pharmacy areas.
- Potentially being trained at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and WMH - Mukwonago Hospital.
- Entering ante/buffer rooms and hood spaces.
- Being jewelry and makeup free as required by regulatory bodies.
