About The Position

White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced APP for our Inpatient Neurology Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a APP you will: • Work with Neurology Attending to provide inpatient clinical services. • Daily rounding and performing follow up visits Work in conjunction with hospital medicine to ensure timely follow up and assistance with discharges.

Requirements

BS in Physician Assistant studies
Two years surgical experience or surgical residency preferred
NCCPA certification
Maryland State PA license
CDS
DEA
BLS/ACLS
Meet credentialing requirements for Medical staff, including background check

Responsibilities

Work with Neurology Attending to provide inpatient clinical services.
Daily rounding and performing follow up visits
Work in conjunction with hospital medicine to ensure timely follow up and assistance with discharges.
