About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Inpatient Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Jacksonville, Florida. This role involves providing compassionate inpatient hospice nursing care for patients requiring end-of-life symptom management, including pain management, comfort care, and family support. The primary assignment is at one Jacksonville inpatient care center with occasional support at nearby inpatient locations as needed. The RN will work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary hospice team focused on dignity, compassion, and quality of life. A structured daytime orientation will be provided before transitioning to the permanent night shift.

Requirements

Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License REQUIRED
Minimum One Year of RN Experience REQUIRED
Compassionate Approach to End-of-Life Patient Care
Willingness to Occasionally Support Nearby Inpatient Hospice Centers

Nice To Haves

Acute Care Experience Preferred
Experience with Inpatient Patient Care and Symptom Management Preferred
