About The Position
We’re hiring an Inpatient Hospice RN in Jacksonville, Florida who wants meaningful work, strong shift differentials, and a consistent 3-day workweek. You’ll step into a clinical inpatient role focused on end-of-life care, pain and symptom management, and compassionate support for patients and families. You’ll be hired into a primary inpatient center in the Jacksonville area, where you’ll work the majority of your shifts, with the expectation that you’re willing to occasionally flex to nearby inpatient units when census or staffing needs arise.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Florida.
- At least one year of RN experience (acute care preferred).
- Comfortable with inpatient care and symptom management.
- Value compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care.
- Adaptable and willing to support nearby units when needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-of-life care.
- Manage pain and symptoms.

- Work a primary home base location with occasional regional flexibility required.
