About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join their dynamic clinical team at Keck Medicine of USC, located in Los Angeles, CA. Keck Medicine of USC is the University of Southern California’s medical enterprise, one of only two university-based medical systems in the Los Angeles area. Keck Medicine combines academic excellence, world-class research and state-of-the-art facilities to provide highly specialized care for some of the most acute patients in the country. This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Be a registered dietitian with at least 2-5 years of experience
Ability to take initiative, be innovative, and passionate about nutrition and elevating our practice
Be self-directed, flexible, and a team player and have excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills
Minimum functional experience - 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

Provide nutrition care across a diverse patient population, including critical care and nutrition support
Educate and collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff; demonstrate strong interdisciplinary relationship‑building skills
Participate in Performance Improvement / Quality Improvement (PI/QI) initiatives with an interest in advancing best practices
Willing and eager to learn new processes where prior experience may be limited
Precept and mentor Dietetic Interns
