We are seeking an Innovation Specialist (“Specialist”) to join our Innovation
Team. This role will play a critical part in advancing the firm’s legal
technology capabilities with a focus on solutions powered by artificial
intelligence (AI). The Specialist will contribute to the evaluation,
implementation, and adoption of innovative technologies that enhance legal
service delivery, improve efficiency, and create value for our clients and
attorneys.

The Innovation Team collaborates across the firm to identify, pilot, and deploy
solutions that improve how legal services are delivered. This includes tools for
contract analysis, document automation, workflow optimization, and AI-assisted
legal research. The Innovation Specialist will work closely with stakeholders in
Knowledge Management, Data Strategy, Legal Project Management, Infrastructure,
Information Security, Applications, Practice Management, and Client Development.
