About The Position

Orchestration Works is Ensemble Health Partners’ innovation division, focused on rapidly and responsibly turning emerging technology into production-ready solutions for healthcare revenue cycle operations. Innovation Operators are subject-matter experts in a specific revenue cycle domain who also understand the broader end-to-end revenue cycle. They redesign workflows, identify root causes, and work with product, engineering, and analytics teams to build and validate automation- and AI-driven solutions. This is a hands-on role for professionals who enjoy solving complex problems and shaping healthcare operations. The work includes designing future-state workflows and operating models, building domain-specific knowledge graphs, translating expert judgment into rules and decision trees, and testing automation, machine learning, AI, and agentic models using real operational scenarios. Operators also support pilots and controlled rollouts and document operational logic and findings for reuse and scale. The roles are based in Austin, Texas, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three onsite days per week. Candidates may travel to Austin during the first year, but relocation to Texas is required. The posting describes multiple revenue cycle subject-matter-expert operator roles, as well as Product Manager and Technical Program Manager opportunities.
