Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Hands-on with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to critically assess and implement new ideas.
• Exceptional computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• The role involves a mix of sitting for extended periods, occasional standing, stooping, bending, and minimal lifting.
• Manual dexterity is also required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management to explore and identify new technologies that can be investigated, developed, or modified to enhance product offerings.
• Partner with the lab to create Proof of Concepts (POCs) and conduct rigorous viability testing.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market dynamics and identify radical innovations that set us apart from the competition.
