The Charles Lea Center is seeking a full-time Innovation Coordinator to develop and implement a new service in Tennessee aimed at supporting young adults in their communities. This role utilizes a unique approach centered on person-centered principles, employment first, and technology first thinking. The Innovation Coordinator will foster a creative and forward-thinking approach to service provision in Tennessee, working under the guidance of the Regional Manager of Innovative Services. The primary focus is to support individuals in living more effective and meaningful lives by securing nontraditional services that combine staff support and enabling technologies, including residential, employment, and community supports. Key responsibilities include assessment, person-centered/MAPs planning, linking individuals to services, training, and advocacy.
