Position Summary The Innovation Commercialization Manager plays a key role in bringing EyePromise’s focused, high-impact portfolio strategy to life. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio & Innovation, this position is responsible for ensuring new products, bundles, and portfolio changes are fully prepared for seamless commercial execution across all channels. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, the role translates innovation decisions into well-coordinated, efficient launches—driving results while minimizing friction, delays, and rework.
