Innovation Analyst
About The Position
The Commercial Innovation Analyst serves as the dedicated business product owner and innovation partner for assigned Commercial products, platforms, and business capabilities. Acting as the bridge between Commercial stakeholders and IT Product Engineering teams, this role translates business priorities into executable work and manages initiatives through the innovation lifecycle. The Innovation Analyst is responsible for intake, business analysis, requirements definition, business case development, testing coordination, rollout planning, adoption support, and value realization. In addition, the role proactively identifies opportunities for AI adoption, process improvement, and technology innovation within assigned business areas.
