About The Position

The Inkscape Design Specialist will support an AI training project by completing real-world vector design tasks in Inkscape and explaining the work step by step. The role involves creating and editing vector graphics, working with SVG files and other design assets, reviewing and improving existing designs, and preparing clear instructions and detailed prompts for advanced design tasks. The specialist’s work will help improve how AI systems understand graphic design workflows.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience using Inkscape.
• Hands-on experience with vector graphics, SVG editing, and illustration.
• Good understanding of advanced Inkscape tools and design workflows.
• Access to Inkscape and ability to record the screen while completing tasks.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to explain technical and creative processes clearly.

Nice To Haves

• A portfolio showcasing Inkscape or vector design projects.
• A relevant master's degree or PhD.
• Previous Human Data experience, such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.

Responsibilities
