About The Position

Arrow Systems, Inc. manufactures and distributes industrial digital printing and finishing equipment to customers worldwide. We are seeking a dependable, hands-on technician to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in new inkjet printing technologies, and hands-on technical work.

Requirements

• Printing experience on Mimaki, Epson, HP Latex, Memjet, Roland or similar inkjet printers.
• Enjoys working hands-on with equipment and learning how things work
• Comfortable using basic tools and computers
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, install, and maintain printing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and basic networking issues
• Provide technical support by phone, email, and at customer locations
• Travel for equipment installations, training, and repairs
