About The Position

Reporting to the Operations manager, the production coordinator is responsible for maintaining production records, providing clerical support for the Production Department and maintaining inventory of materials used in production.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Capable of communicating with all levels of internal and external customers
• Must be able to think on your feet, work with limited supervision and make sound decisions
• Must be a team player with a “can do” attitude
• Should possess basic mechanical skills
• Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
• Ability to frequently lift and carry 50 lbs
• Must have basic troubleshooting abilities

Responsibilities

• Continuously perform all required tasks in a safe manner, adhering to all established safety rules and procedures
• Follow all quality policies and procedures. Must comply with all good manufacturing practices
• Must comply with all safety practices and guidelines including PPE requirements
• Reviews master production schedule in order to order ink for upcoming jobs
• Maintain ink and paste inventory and order accordingly
• Make paste batches according to production volumes
• Monitor paste and record data
• Maintain a clean workspace
