About The Position

The ACE Consulting Group is partnering with a global leader in specialty inks and coatings to hire a Production Associate / Ink Mixing Operator for their Liquid Ink production team. This role involves producing high-quality liquid printing inks from raw materials through finished product, performing material handling, batch weighing, and mixing operations. The operator will also be responsible for operating various equipment, conducting quality testing, documenting results, managing inventory in SAP, packaging products, and performing equipment maintenance.

Requirements

At least one year of manufacturing or production experience (liquid ink, chemicals, coatings, paint, plastics, or similar industries preferred).
Experience with material handling, mixing, batching, or production operations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong math skills, including decimals, percentages, fractions, and unit conversions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality liquid printing inks from raw materials through finished product.
Perform material handling, batch weighing, and mixing operations.
Operate mixers, laboratory equipment, testing equipment, and production machinery.
Conduct quality testing and accurately document production results.
Enter production orders, batch tickets, and inventory transactions into SAP.
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with receiving materials.
Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
Perform routine equipment inspections and support preventative maintenance activities.
