About The Position
This is a 3rd Shift position with hours from Sunday-Friday 11PM-7AM. It is a temporary position lasting 2-3 months with the opportunity for permanent placement. The role involves handling ink and adhesive materials, including returning inks, moving components, mixing and transporting adhesives and inks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Expensive periods of standing and sitting.
- Stooping and bending is necessary
- Must be able to lift/pull a minimum of 50 lbs
- Must be able to leverage up to 400 lbs via hand truck
Responsibilities
- Return inks from warehouse and presses
- Move adhesive components to press mix-meter locations using pallet jack
- Mix and transport alternate adhesive drums, as needed
- Move ink drums to presses, open and mix ink
- Close and move drums to ink-room, weigh
- Housekeeping in support of solvents and links to prevent accidents
