Join us as an Injury Prevention Integration Coordinator and play a key role in supporting workplace health initiatives at our client site in Marysville, OH. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in fitness and industrial ergonomics, who enjoys project coordination, scheduling, relationship-building, and collaborating across multiple departments to keep programs running smoothly and effectively. Full-time, Monday–Friday with a blend of shifts and flexibility based on operational needs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Exercise Science, or a related field, or licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
  • 2+ years’ experience in health and fitness.
  • Understanding of Biomechanics.
  • Understanding of Occupational Safety.
  • Work experience in a clinical environment (occupational therapy, physical therapy, cardiac rehab, nursing).
  • Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • NCCA-Accredited Personal Training Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts employee injury prevention programs, education, and training.
  • Leads the development and implementation of interventions/programs focused on the manufacturing environment to meet client objectives.
  • Assists employee healthcare teams with job function assessment, incident investigation and care management.
  • Collect and evaluate program data to support ROI process, manages and reports data for their assigned plant.
  • Develop, promote, and market wellness and general education programs.
  • Other duties as needed/assigned.
