OH Injection Quality Operator

SOUTHEASTERN CONTAINER INC•Bowling Green, OH
•$23 - $0•Onsite

About The Position

The Injection Quality Operator owns day-to-day quality across the injection process at the assigned facility and reports to the Team Leader. The role performs routine and random product checks, maintains the injection quality log, and, at plants shipping product in bagged bins, folds bags and inspects bins at the 3-position conveyor. It consolidates quality tasks that injection operators might otherwise perform alongside machine and shipping-dock duties into a dedicated position per shift. The operator performs standard-method checks across injection products, including random preform inspections and part weights, and follows the quality plan set by the Quality Manager. The position is cross-trained to operate injection and specialty machines such as PVS and 1-Blow machines, where present, to cover breaks and backfill as needed. It also serves as a floating quality and relief resource across injection. The job is full-time, based in Bowling Green, Ohio, and lists a salary of $22.75 per hour.

  • Have a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.

  • Have basic computer and documentation skills for recording quality data and maintaining logs.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle bins, bags, and lids.
  • Be able to stand and walk for the length of a shift, bend over consistently, and meet the listed physical demands.
