The Injection Molding Utility Technician will be responsible for keeping Injection Molding lines properly stocked with material, handling color changes and breaking out Packers. This role requires the ability to inspect and package in-process inventory and/or finished goods, request supplies, refill color and resin, and perform complete color changes following all procedures. The technician will also assist in clean-up, shutdown, and start-up of all lines, maintain good housekeeping and safety practices, and keep the color area organized. Coordination with the Injection Molding shift lead and/or Supervisor is essential for color changes and managing colors that will not return to racks. The role may also involve assisting Packers during breaks and operating a forklift for material removal.
