About The Position

G&F Precision Molding Inc. is seeking a dedicated Injection Molding LSR/Process Technician B to join their growing team. This role is crucial for ensuring the consistent, compliant, and efficient production of critical medical components. The company specializes in life science, including medical devices and pharmaceuticals, and provides custom solutions for manufacturing needs. The technician will be responsible for setting up and operating LSR injection molding machines, configuring auxiliary equipment, and adjusting process parameters to maintain stability and quality. This includes performing mold changes, machine setups, and supporting over molding and short-run production typical in medical-device molding. A key aspect of the role involves monitoring, adjusting, and optimizing parameters to meet stringent medical quality tolerances.

Requirements

Experience with different types of materials like PEEK, Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR), Polycarbonate, ABS, PP etc.

Molding Process Technician: 3-5 years of experience (Required)
English (Required)

Ability to commute or relocate to Danvers, MA 01923

Nice To Haves

Experience in LSR molding
Familiarity with tightly regulated manufacturing standards (ISO 13485, FDA)
Experience with ISO 9001 and/or 13485 preferred
