About The Position
The Injection Molding Operator is responsible for performing all manufacturing tasks in the injection molding area, adhering to established procedures, documentation, and guidelines. This role involves inspecting injection molded products to ensure consistent quality standards and specifications are met. The operator must follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and be willing to learn new manufacturing techniques. A positive attitude, good attendance, and the ability to train new employees are essential.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of document management and database operations.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English language and be understood.
- Must have basic organizational, communication, time management skills
- Must be basic and accurate in the use of computer software programs and accessing information from the company computer system
- Basic math skills
Nice To Haves
- Medical Device product and/or market knowledge
- Work experience with a medical device manufacturer
- Injection Molding knowledge
