About The Position

East Penn Manufacturing, a world class leader in lead-acid battery manufacturing, is seeking experienced Injection Molding Set Up Operators for 3rd shift. Requirements

• Experienced Injection Molding Set Up Operators
• Ability to work mandatory over time.

Nice To Haves

• Sets up molds that weigh up to 17,000 lbs. using 7 1/2 or 10 ton hoist into injection molding machines in a safe manner.
• Starts up molds to meet all parts specifications including appearance from start up sheets.
• Does some repairs on molds as well as troubleshooting on the other machines.
• Cleans molds at each change and cleans assigned machines at the end of shift.
• Responsible for taking care of tools.
• Any lifting over 50 lbs. requires assistance.
• Maintains regular attendance.
• Performs other duties as requested by Management.
• Responsible for producing a high quality product.
• Responsible for proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices.
