About The Position
We're hiring Injection Mold Technicians to join our growing team in Seattle, WA. In this role you will operate production equipment, support manufacturing processes, and ensure product quality in a clean, safety‑focused environment. We have positions available on day, night, and weekend shifts with attractive schedules working just 3 or 4 days per week - perfect for those who enjoy hands‑on work, steady income, and long‑term career growth.
Requirements
- High School education or GED required
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in plastics manufacturing
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- AA Degree preferred
- Injection Mold experience preferred
- Previous forklift experience
- Experience using ERP systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks and follow standard work instructions
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report equipment concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Achieve production targets and support team goals
- Accurately complete production documentation and system entries
