About The Position

We're looking for an Injection Mold Machine Operator to run ceramic core injection presses. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role in a fast-paced environment where you will set up machines, press parts, and inspect your own work. Your work directly supports aviation safety and reliability, as the parts you make go into jet engines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 3+ months manufacturing experience preferred
  • Mechanically inclined and good with your hands
  • Able to read, write, and speak English
  • Comfortable with basic math and measuring tools
  • Safety-minded, dependable, team player

Nice To Haves

  • Injection molding experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate injection mold presses and tooling
  • Inspect cores for dimensions and defects
  • Forge and prep cores for thermal processing
  • Rotate into kiln/furnace operations as needed
  • Monitor machine gauges to catch problems early
  • Follow all process documents, safety rules, and housekeeping standards
  • Work within ISO / TCS quality standards
  • Show up reliably and help out where needed

Benefits

  • Shift Differential: $3.00/hr
  • 36-hour workweek, 40 hours of pay
