About The Position

As an Evolution and Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and contributing to the implementation of projects within the Vice-Presidency of L'Unique Assurances générales. You will participate in the development of tactics to achieve objectives. You will also be called upon to design an operational performance dashboard, including defining key indicators, setting targets, and monitoring them. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing complex business issues and formulating recommendations to resolve them. You will conduct analyses to support the evolution and performance of L'Unique Assurances générales' operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: business administration, management accounting, finance, actuarial science.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI.
• Experience in insurance or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of and coordinate business and strategy initiatives involving multidisciplinary teams and ensure the required linkages (design and facilitation of workshops, production of deliverables).
• Monitor priorities and play a consulting role in the development of the vice-presidency's action plans.
• Participate in the implementation of operational strategies aligned with the sector's ambitions.
• Prepare executive information or reporting documents for governance.
• Work with the vice-presidency's sectors to determine key operational performance metrics, monitor them, and recommend action plans.
• Produce reports and dashboards for effective monitoring of performance indicators and projects.
• Ensure constant communication between the Vice-Presidency's sectors.
• Represent the reality and business considerations of brokerage distribution within work teams.
