About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Mixes product ingredients according to approved formula.
Collects samples and inspects ingredient mixtures for quality requirements and machine efficiencies.
Perform continuous Inspection of ingredient contamination and possible foreign material.
Documents and records ingredient use and batch information.
Inputs all information into Infinity and completes all records and reports.
Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes mixing equipment.
Operates lift trucks as needed.
Relieves equipment operators as needed.
Attends and participates in all annual, departmental, and job specific required training and monthly informational meetings.
Communicates any problems or changes in production or quality to supervisor and appropriate personnel.
Understands and adheres to the concepts and techniques of the quality process in order to ensure a quality operation.
Keeps area clean and orderly in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
Helps to build and promote a strong “Teamwork” environment in each individual work group, the Factory, and the Company.
Participates in continuous improvement process.
Ensure all batches meet quality & batch specifications
Ensure work area is maintained in 5S condition
Ensure all ingredients are properly returned to storage upon completion of production.
Must adhere to the McCain Code of Conduct.
The employee may be required to successfully complete the orientation and training provided during the first ninety- (90) days of employment.
