About The Position

JOLLY TIME is looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our production team as Ingredient Mixers. This role is essential in ensuring every batch meets our high-quality standards and delivers the delicious popcorn our customers love. The position involves operating and monitoring machines that mix ingredients, manually mixing ingredients as needed, loading materials into mixing equipment, verifying batch specifications, documenting production information, and cleaning and sanitizing processing equipment.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a pulmonary function test and be fit-tested for a full-face respirator.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong math and communication skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer literacy is required.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one year of food production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines that mix ingredients for production; may also manually mix ingredients as needed.
• Load materials into mixing equipment and verify each batch meets required specifications.
• Accurately document production and batch information according to company guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment, including tanks, filters, pipes, lines, and pumps, to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
