Requirements

• Experienced maintenance engineer with skills in mechanics, electronics, and notions of robotics.
• Solid knowledge and aptitude for IT (HW).
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively.
• Ability to manage changing priorities autonomously.
• Sufficient English proficiency for comfortable oral and written communication.
• Leadership skills.
• Team spirit.
• Analytical and synthesis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement preventive, corrective, and improvement actions for our production equipment.
• Ensure the availability and stability of equipment to meet customer demand.
• Propose and implement improvements to equipment performance in terms of reliability, quality, safety, capacity, and cost of ownership.
• Act as a technical facilitator to meet operational challenges and lead projects.
• Serve as a primary interface between production, process, and development, and suppliers and the purchasing department.
• Accompany the skill development of the organization's technicians.
