Requirements

Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or its equivalent
Demonstrate tenacity and recognized efficiency in project management
Have strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a multidisciplinary environment
Be an excellent collaborator and outstanding team player

Experience: 2–5 years
strong spoken and written communication in English, as the person will be required to speak with suppliers and other collaborators outside the country
Knowledge of design software: Catia, SolidWorks, or equivalent
Use of predictive calculation software: FEA

Responsibilities

Develop accessories for our current and future vehicles
Advance projects from initial concepts through to production launch
Influence the vision that guides the integration of accessories on upcoming new platforms
Collaborate with design, marketing, purchasing, quality assurance, vehicle group teams, as well as suppliers throughout the different stages of the product development process
Participate in establishing performance criteria, define validation plans for each accessory, and ensure their execution
Test prototypes under real-use conditions
Conduct studies, analyses, and calculations to guide design technicians and project developers in their work, using general and specific technical parameters
