EXPLEO GROUP CANADA is looking for a Project Engineer – Connected Vehicle Product Development to join a dynamic and expanding team in Valcourt, QC (hybrid). Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and ETAS INCA.
- Knowledge of embedded systems, electronics, and integrated software.
- Mastery of vehicle architecture.
- Programming skills (Android, MATLAB, embedded software).
- Understand a product development process.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Bilingualism required (French/English).
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product teams to understand their needs and transform their ideas into concrete and innovative solutions.
- Define system and software requirements for embedded modules in order to bring new features to life.
- Participate in and validate the development of new electronic modules, including coordinating validation activities to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform functional validations directly on the vehicle, under real conditions, before production release.
- Ensure the delivery of reliable, high-performing products aligned with quality standards.
- Serve as a bridge between software teams, validation, and product lines to ensure smooth and efficient development.
