The Production Control (CDP) team in the Compound department is composed of curious and dynamic technicians and engineers with diverse profiles. Today, we are looking for an engineer to support the growth of our business. As part of strong growth, machine scheduling and production order planning are paramount. Thus, the production control team (CDP) has the main mission of piloting the management of production backlogs, ensuring the shipment of our products to our customers (internal and external) within the given deadlines.

Requirements

• Holder of a Bac+5 (Master's degree) in Industrial Engineering.
• Significant successful experience in planning/scheduling in an industrial environment, ideally in the field of microelectronics.
• Your leadership and high standards have led you to successfully manage structuring continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the manufacturing deadlines of a part of our products.
• You define objectives for each, according to its technical specificities, its industrial maturity, and the volumes to be delivered.
• In collaboration with the supply chain, you organize the launch of raw materials into the production lines according to the defined deadlines.
• You mobilize the necessary resources to meet these deadlines and analyze operational results.
• With the various players in the factory (production, development platforms, process, yield...), you build and manage short and medium-term improvement plans.
• In summary, you position yourself as a key player in continuous improvement by managing complex and ambitious projects, through your analytical, structuring, and monitoring skills.
• Ultimately, evolving as a production control engineer at SOITEC means being a true conductor of production lines, interacting with multiple interfaces.
