About The Position

Gastro Health is hiring a full-time Infusion Registered Nurse to care for patients living with inflammatory bowel disease in an outpatient infusion setting at its South Miami Beach infusion center. The nurse administers biologic therapies and other medications while collaborating with physicians and the broader clinical team to support safe, effective, patient-centered treatment.

The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with 10-hour shifts and a 30-hour workweek. The role is based in a modern outpatient setting serving patients throughout Miami-Dade County.

Requirements

• Current Florida RN license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong IV insertion skills.
• BLS certification.
• Excellent communication, organization, and patient-care skills.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred.
• Biologic infusion experience strongly preferred.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer biologics, iron, injectables, and hydration medications in an outpatient infusion setting.
• Assess patients before, during, and after infusions.
• Monitor for and respond to infusion reactions or adverse events.
• Accurately document infusion records and clinical information in eCW.
• Coordinate care with physicians and clinical team members.
• Provide education and reassurance to patients and families.
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in a calm, professional environment.
