About The Position

About the Role: We are a home infusion services agency seeking a reliable and highly organized Infusion Coordinator to support our field nursing team. You will coordinate nurse schedules, manage onboarding and credentialing, and help maintain compliance records to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Experience in home care, home infusion, home health, or healthcare staffing REQUIRED
• Strong organization and follow-through skills
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities
• Professional and supportive communication style
• Comfortable using basic computer systems (email, spreadsheets, scheduling platforms)

Responsibilities

• Schedule RNs/LPNs for home infusion visits based on geography, skill set, and availability
• Track and maintain compliance documentation (licenses, immunizations, CPR, TB, etc.)
• Support onboarding and credentialing of new field staff
• Maintain accurate and organized personnel files
• Communicate regularly with field nurses and clinical supervisors
• Answer inbound coordination and scheduling calls
• Light EMR and data entry work
