About The Position
Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton, VA is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for its Outpatient Infusion Center. This center provides a variety of therapy services for adults, including infusion and injection therapies, central line maintenance (PICC Lines, Port-a-cath / Mediports, PICC Ports), lab draws, and therapeutic phlebotomy. The primary duties of this position involve assessing and admitting patients, conducting rounding checks, administering medications, communicating with family members, and being responsible for the overall care of patients.
